I have exceeded that goal, and when I get to the 20 pound mark, I’m buying a pole! As a physical therapist, I appreciate the dynamics of Michaela’s classes for working muscles through full ranges of motion, using body weight as resistance, and challenging muscles to the point of fatigue.
