Accommodations
Your retreat package includes lodging at the luxurious Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace Resorts in Riviera Maya, Mexico. This lavish destination is fully equipped with a beach, 2 aqua parks, a state-of-the-art fitness center, several restaurants and many other wonderful facilities.

Participants share a large multi-room suite that includes plush queen and full size beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, jacuzzi baths and breath-taking views.

Workouts
Participants are pushed through multiple fitness sessions each day. Training activities include aqua-fitness training in the pool, bootcamp-style training on the beach and strength training in the gym. View Our Retreat Schedule

Meals & Nutrition Seminars
Meals and nutriton counseling are fused together at the retreat, with participants and staff working together to prepare most meals. Through cooking demonstrations, participants get hands-on training in using fresh, natural ingredients to produce balanced, tasty and fulfilling meals. Meals are typically followed by informative round table discussions that educate students about making wise food choices, techniques for overcoming cravings and bad eating habits, and action plans for steady weight loss.

Bikini Bootcamp includes optional recreation activities such as site-seeing, boat rides, water sports, and shopping trips. Our retreat schedule also allots tons of free time for participants can relax, rest or organize thier own leisure activities.
